Booking & Deposit
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation. Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the service date. Last-minute bookings (within 7 days) must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Garment Sourcing
Garment sourcing is charged at a flat rate of $120 per shoot and is not included in half or full-day packages.

Travel Fees
All on-location bookings will incur a travel fee, please provide location address in your enquiry. If the location required paid parking (hotel locations) a parking fee will be applied to the quote.

Damaged or Lost Items
Clients are responsible for the cost of any garments or accessories that are lost, damaged, stolen, or heavily marked during the booking.

Creative Teams and Bridal Hair and Makeup artists
Creative team members (e.g., photographer, HMUA) are selected based on their ability to meet the project/ client’s creative outcomes and your agreed budget. Team services and studio hire are not included in the investment price and are billed separately under individual contracts unless otherwise arranged.

Bridal and Event Styling Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a minimum of 14 days' notice.

• Cancellations within 14 days will be charged 50% of the full rate.

• Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 100% of the full rate (non-refundable).

Garments, accessories, and shoes sourced for event styling are not included in the service fee. Clients are responsible for these purchases, with budgets confirmed during the initial consultation.

Editorial Services Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days' notice.

• Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 50% of the full rate.

• Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 100% of the full rate (non-refundable).

Content Usage
Style by Beck reserves the right to capture and share behind-the-scenes content, final images, and styling work across social media, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer your content not to be shared, please advise at the time of booking.

Health and Safety
Your health and safety are a priority. Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the service. Style by Beck reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

Collaboration/TFP Services
Collaboration and TFP bookings are not guaranteed and may be cancelled at any time at the discretion of Style by Beck should paid opportunities arise. Standard cancellation terms do not apply to TFP services.
