1. Garment Sourcing:

Charged at a flat rate of $120 per shoot.

Not included in half or full-day investments.

2. Travel Fees:

For distances >60km, a flat rate of $20 per each additional 10km.

Exceptions may apply for areas in the Gold Coast upon request.

3. Damaged or Lost Items:

Any damaged, stolen, or heavily marked items will incur an extra cost.

4. Creative Team in Creative Director Package:

Team members are subject to individual pricing and contracts.

Selection based on their ability to meet creative outcomes and client price points.

The cost of creatives (photographer, HMUA, ets.) and studio space sourced for the client is not covered in the investment price.

Clients will be responsible for the individual payment to each of the creatives that are sourced for the team unless otherwise contracted.

The budget for the creative team will be discussed and agreed upon during an initial consultation.

5. Collaboration/TFP Services:

Not always guaranteed.

Subject to last-minute changes and cancellations per Style by Beck's policy.

Cancellations are not subject to the usual editorial services cancellation policy and may occur at any point should a paid opportunity take precedence.

6. Event Styling Services Cancellation Policy:

A minimum 7-day notice is required for cancellations.

Bookings cancelled within 5 days prior will be charged at 50% of the full rate.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will be charged at 100% and are not subject to a refund.

The cost of clothing sourced for the client is not covered in the investment price.

Clients will be responsible for the payment of garments, accessories, shoes, etc.

The budget for these items will be discussed and agreed upon during their initial consultation.

7. Editorial Services Cancellation Policy:

A minimum 7-day notice is required for cancellations.

Bookings cancelled within 5 days prior will be charged at 50% of the full rate.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will be charged at 100% and are not subject to a refund.
